Tyler Neal is an Atlanta-based multi-instrumentalist whose sound moves fluidly through blues, rock, roots, gospel, soul, funk, and pop. He first picked up guitar and drums under the spell of Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin, while the gospel traditions of his church gave him a deep spiritual connection to music.
His path was profoundly shaped by mentorship with the late Yonrico Scott (The Derek Trucks Band, Royal Southern Brotherhood), who instilled in him the idea of rhythm as the “DNA of music” and guided his understanding of songwriting, recording, and artistic expression.
Today, Tyler brings that foundation into a vibrant career as both a performer and composer, weaving raw energy with soulful depth across every stage he plays.
